Return and Refund Policy


KMF North – Men’s Footwear Products Company

At KMF North, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every pair of footwear is thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong size or wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn footwear
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance sale or promotional items


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Exchange Policy

In case of size issues or wrong product delivery, customers may opt for:

  • Product exchange (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
